The diesel oil shall be well used and filtered to ensure that the diesel oil entering the fuel injection pump is highly clean.
Generally speaking, the diesel generator has very high requirements for diesel filtration. Diesel oil meeting the required trademark shall be selected during operation, and shall be deposited for at least 48 hours.
2. Always check whether the oil quantity and quality in the oil pool of the fuel injection pump meet the requirements.
Ensure that the quantity of engine oil meets the requirements and the quality is good. If the engine oil degenerates due to mixing with water or diesel oil, the light one will form the early wear of the plunger and oil outlet valve coupling, resulting in the lack of power of the diesel generator and difficulty in starting. In serious cases, the corrosion and corrosion of the plunger and oil outlet valve coupling will be formed.
3. Check the camshaft clearance regularly.
It has strict requirements on the axial clearance of the camshaft of the fuel injection pump, which is generally between 0.03 ~ 0.15mm. If the clearance is too large, it will aggravate the impact of the roller transmission parts on the surface of the cam, and then increase the early wear of the surface of the cam and change the oil supply position; The clearance between camshaft bearing and shaft diameter is too large, which is easy to cause unstable camshaft operation, shaking of oil conditioning pull rod and periodic change of oil supply, which makes the operation of diesel generator unstable. Therefore, it is necessary to check and adjust regularly.
4. Regularly check and adjust the fuel supply advance angle of the fuel injection pump and the fuel supply distance angle of each cylinder.
During operation, due to the looseness of coupling bolts and the wear of camshaft and roller body parts, the oil supply advance angle and oil supply distance angle of each cylinder often change, resulting in the deterioration of diesel incineration, the poor power and economy of diesel generator, difficult starting, unstable operation, abnormal noise and overheating, etc.
